In order to insure that the products grown in Kuwait reaches the consumer in top quality and form we recognized that we need to insure that the cycle from growing to picking and handling all the way to the consumer must be tightly controlled.

Most if not all produce grown in Kuwait would have spend a minimum of 8 hours in the open dusty weather prior to reaching the consumer. We recognized that there is no self control on what and when the produce is sprayed.

Therefore, we decided to create 200   climate controlled greenhouses and invested heavily in state of the art sorting and packaging facilities exposing our picked produce to the sun for no more than 5 minutes prior to being transported to our air-conditioned and refrigerated sorting houses.

The sorting and packing process is supervised at all times in accordance to our Standard Operating Procedures, and is accomplished by fully gloved personnel, working on stainless steel sorting tables. All produce are then moved to refrigerated rooms to be prepared to be shipped to the retail outlets in our refrigerated trucks.

To us, it's all about quality. We want our customers to have in their homes, fruits and vegetables that are as fresh as the ones in our farms. That is why we stamp all our produce with the picked and packed dates as a guarantee of unsurpassable freshness.
